Remanufacturing the Epson C1100 CartridgeAQC Group UK Ltd. Provide compatible replacement Epson C1100 toner and cartridge chips.
Step 1CHIP – Visible on the end of the Cap is the Black coloured CHIP. Insert a small flathead screwdriver into the gap at the side of the chip, and ‘pop out’ the old chip.
Step 2The next step is to remove the ‘END CAP’.
Step 3It is necessary to twist the END CAP over the small plastic ridge as directed by the green arrow, once in position, as shown in the picture above, we can remove the end cap by pulling away from the cartridge itself.

Step 4We now remove the cap holding the waste carrier, care must be taken as the chamber will be loaded with waste materials. Either by using fingers, or a wide flathead screwdriver, remove the clear cap.
Step 5From within the excess carrier chamber we can see the plug fitting entry to the NEW TONER section. We will remove this in order to refill the cartridge.
Step 6The best method of removal is to use the flathead screwdriver to push out the plug, from underneath.
Step 7This now releases the plug.
Step 8When reseating the plug, note on one edge there is a FLAT SECTION, this needs to be correctly fitted to the corresponding section in the Toner cartridge.
